Hendersons introduce 24 Kirkham Close, a perfect family home being close to schools, parks and the centre of town.
Sat in a corner plot, the end-terrace house is deceptively spacious. Once inside, the ground floor accommodation includes an entrance porch with cloakroom/W.C just off, a lounge and a large ‘L’ shaped kitchen/diner with black gloss units together with wooden worktops, a Rangemaster cooker and French doors that open out to the garden.
Up the stairs are three bedrooms, two of which are double and a modern bathroom that comprises a bath, walk in shower, w.c and hand basin.
Externally, to the front of the property is a driveway that provides all-important off-road parking for one vehicle. To the rear is a generously sized lawn garden with paved patio area.
Please note the shed will not be offered for use of a tenant.
A Holding Deposit equivalent to one weeks rent (£205) will be required to secure the tenancy application once suitable to both parties. The Holding Deposit will be deducted from the first month's rent subject to suitable references. Provision of false or misleading information may result in the Holding deposit being retained by Henderson’s.
