I had a friendly service from start to finish from Nick, Karin, Graham and all the team. The initial meeting, photos & listing was quick and simple and all viewings were accompanied at times to suit potential purchasers. As with most house sales there were hiccups along the way with the ongoing chain (not Hendersons fault) but Graham worked relentlessly to liaise with the buyers, the other agents and the solicitors. I was kept in the loop throughout the process and then had full support when the situation changed. I found contact easy, all emails answered, the phone was answered every time I called and if one of the girls wasn't available at the time the others were able to help which shows that the team all worked well together to support me as a client. If someone said they would phone back they did so I could not have asked for more. If you want a friendly, professional service to buy/sell/let or rent then use Hendersons!

Their experience in the business really showed in accurate valuing, supervising viewings and coordinating outside agencies such as the EPC agency and the purchaser’s surveyors.

We first got in touch around March 2021 during the pandemic in regards to a property in Whitby. We were met by a lovely lady named Claire who showed us around the property, we were allowed to take our time to ensure we had checked everything instead before we put an offer in.
The team at Hendersons after the offer had gone in were just amazing. Nothing was ever to difficult for them, even though we we rang constantly for updates. They were fast and responsive in emails, and constantly chased up and helped us in regards to our solicitors and sellers solicitors issues. This allowed us to complete the property in around 12 weeks from start to finish.
If your certainly looking for a property in the Whitby / North Yorkshire area, Hendersons are the team to go with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
